    Provides clerical support for the Facility Services Department.



    10:00am-2:00pm: Monday -Friday

    15-20 hours per pay

    • Participate in departmental meetings as required.
    • Assists with processing of package deliveries and notifying recipients.
    • Must treat all information about resident, their condition, and family as confidential matter.
    • Calling residents to schedule preventative maintenance service visits.
    • Answers incoming telephone calls, E-mails, and fax transmissions.
    •  Assists with maintaining and updating the database for TMA computer software program including the entry of data for work orders.
    • Filing invoices and other documents.
    • Assists in the recording, processing, scheduling, delegating, and distributing of work orders.
    • Documenting water temperature readings.
    • Assists with maintaining key safes.
    • Follow Residents' Rights policies at all times.
    • Assists with updating and maintaining SDS binders.
    • Observe infection control procedures related to the maintenance department.
    • Consistently work cooperatively with residents, residents' representatives, facility staff, physicians, consultants and ancillary service providers.
    • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


    • Pleasant and cheerful attitude with stable temperament and remaining calm under stress.
    • Verbal and written communication skills including telephone answering and radio transmissions.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and TMA computer programs.
    • Computer proficiency is essential.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple duties and responsibilities.
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
